Refund Policy

1- Send an email to gtstudio.order@gmail.com, indicating the reason, the order number and the references you want to exchange and/or return.

2- We will send you an email with a label that you will have to stick on the package and take to the nearest transport office. The package must be packed in such a way that it cannot be manipulated during the transport.

3- Once verified in our facilities that it is correct, we will proceed to the return using the same method of payment with which you made the purchase.

You will be refunded the full cost of the product you have returned except for the cost of shipping.

Depending on the method of transport you choose and the final destination of the order, it will arrive in a certain delivery time, when you select the method of transport you can find out about the deadlines. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the time of year and the management of the company itself. The preparation times of the orders are 24/48 h.
